Q. What is Full Spectrum CBD?

A. Full Spectrum CBD oil (from hemp) uses the whole plant (or in some cases just the flower) which contains naturally occurring flavonoids, terpenes and a wide range of cannabinoids. Contains 0.3% THC or less.

Q. What is Broad Spectrum CBD?

A. Broad Spectrum is a middle ground between a full spectrum and an Isolate. It Contains the least amount of THC possible while still including the other terpenes, cannabinoids and flavonoids.

Q. What is a CBD Isolate?

A. CBD Isolate contains no THC and is generally 99.99% pure CBD. May contain trace amounts of cannabinoids, with no flavonoids or terpenes. It's the best choice for someone that undergoes regular drug testing.

Q: How do I track an Order?

A: Once your order has been placed, status updates are automatically sent to you by email to keep you informed on its whereabouts. You will receive a notification when your items have left our facility along with a tracking number to help you stay up to date on the delivery status.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO addresses?

A: Yes! USPS ships to both PO and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: shopCBD orders are shipped out using USPS First Class. Delivery takes 2-3 days not including processing time. We do our best to process orders same day, however processing time can sometimes take up to 1-2 business days.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after the order has been shipped?

A: Unfortunately, once the order is placed, there is no way to change the shipping address. If the address is incorrect or no longer valid, you can request that the destination Post Office hold the item for you to pick up, or you can have it returned to sender.

Q: Why does my tracking number still show that the shipment is Pending?

A: We send you tracking information as soon as your order is packed up and ready to go. This means that sometimes you will receive the tracking just 30 minutes after placing the order.

Our couriers however pick up the orders twice a day, once in the morning, and once in the afternoon. As soon as it is with USPS and on the road, you will start to see movement in the tracking and an estimated delivery date will become available.

Note that if your order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

Q: The USPS tracking shows as “delivered” however I have not received the package.

A: There are two possible scenarios:

1. The postal worker delivered the package to the wrong address/mailbox.

  • Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your Local Office, and not the USPS hotline. Ask them who delivered the parcel and ask them details about that day's delivery.
  • They are used to these types of questions and can usually provide helpful information as to where your package may be.
  • Note: Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door; you may need to check a second location like a mail room, front desk, or safe drop location.

2. The postal worker mistakenly scanned the package as “successfully delivered,” but it will be delivered the next business day.

  • If 24 hours have passed since the Track tool indicated the parcel was delivered but the package hasn't arrived, contact shopCBD customer support so that we can assist you in filing a claim for non-delivery.

Q: How do I request a return?

A: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If you would like to return an item or an order, please visit the "My Orders" section in your Account page.

You will be able to select the item(s) you wish to return along with the reason for the return and the quantity of items. The moment it is submitted, a member of our team will review your request.

We may need to contact you for additional information such as: photos of any damages, missing account information or details regarding your experience with the product(s).

If your return is authorized, we will issue a prepaid return label along with return instructions.

Please ensure that your items are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them.
