We love this black tea by Steepfuze because it combines two delicious hearty black teas together to form an Irish Breakfast inspired tea recipe. They begin with a base of mellow Ceylon Orange Pekoe tea from high in the mountains of Sri Lanka. Then they introduce a Ceylon Dimbula which consists of long leaves and few tips – giving the tea light but brisk citrus notes with a clean, bright aroma. They then blend the Ceylon with an Assam tea from India. The larger leaves, which are from a lower elevation, bring on a smooth biscuit mouthfeel and add a malty underscore to the flavor with a hint of walnuts on the finish. This is the perfect product for anyone that loves tea. Simply place two teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer and place it into a cup of hot water. Allow to steep for three to five minutes and then remove the tea strainer from your cup.
